Returns Policy

Return Period

Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products in the following circumstances:

• Items that were shipped by Zentravok
• Products that are faulty due to manufacturing defects
• Incorrect items received
• Items that do not match our product descriptions

All returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalised shelving units
• Items that have been installed or modified
• Products with removed or damaged original packaging
• Items showing signs of use or damage caused by improper handling

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at ask@zentravok.com to initiate your return
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
5. Ship the item to our designated returns address (not the dispatch address)

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item within 2 business days
• You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• For partial order returns, only the value of returned items will be refunded

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• We will arrange collection at our expense
• A replacement will be sent or a full refund issued including original shipping costs
